These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through nestiform.com and supplement the Terms of Service. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, weights, colors, assembly information, prices, and availability are provided in good faith. Reasonable variations may occur due to screen display, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or natural material characteristics.
ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch. We may reject or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, delivery restriction, or other legitimate reason.
PRICE, CURRENCY, AND TAX
Prices are shown in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders unless a different charge is disclosed before purchase.
PAYMENT
We currently accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa when displayed and available at checkout. Availability may depend on the customer's device, browser, location, and payment-provider eligibility. Payment is subject to authorization, security review, and the separate Payment Policy.
FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and normally spend 3-5 business days in carrier transit, for an estimated total of 4-8 business days. U.S.-based third-party warehouses or fulfillment partners may fulfill orders. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
TITLE AND RISK
To the extent permitted by law, risk of physical loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer. This does not limit remedies for verified carrier loss, shipping damage, nonconforming goods, or rights that cannot be waived.
INSPECTION, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Customers should inspect deliveries promptly. Visible damage, an incorrect product, or missing parts must be reported within 7 calendar days. Eligible returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day return window.
ASSEMBLY AND SAFE USE
Products require customer assembly unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Customers must follow instructions, use appropriate tools and assistance, secure furniture where instructed, and observe published weight and safety limits.
12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
Eligible furniture is covered for 12 months from confirmed delivery against manufacturing defects and structural or hardware failures arising under normal household use.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic changes, improper assembly, misuse, neglect, accidents, excessive loads, commercial use, moisture, fire, pets, chemicals, unauthorized modification or repair, or reasonable variation in color, grain, or texture.
After reviewing a valid claim, Nestiform may provide replacement parts, repair, or replacement. If a reasonable repair or replacement is unavailable, we may provide an appropriate refund. Proof of purchase and photographs may be required. Mandatory legal warranties remain unaffected.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after ordering. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by Missouri law and applicable U.S. federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer's jurisdiction.
